DIY Portfolio（以下简称“本应用”）坚持本地优先：你的作品集项目默认只保存在你自己的 Mac 上。我们仅在以下必要情形处理信息：

• 账户信息：使用邮箱登录时，我们通过 Supabase 账户服务保存你的电子邮箱地址、账户编号（用户 ID）以及会员状态。
• 订阅与付款：通过 Apple App 内购买订阅时，付款由 Apple 处理，本应用仅读取购买凭证中的订阅产品与有效期，用于确认会员状态；通过网页付款时由 Paddle 处理。我们不会接触或保存你的银行卡等支付信息。
• 作品集文件：你导入和编辑的图片、视频、PDF、文字等均在本地处理，不会上传给我们。仅当你主动选择“发布为网站”时，相关网站文件才会上传至你选择的托管平台（见第 03 条）。
• AI 功能内容：当你主动使用 AI 辅助排版 / AI 对话功能时，你输入的要求、从所选素材中提取的文字以及页面预览图片会被发送至 AI 服务以生成结果（见第 03 条）。不使用 AI 功能则不会发送。

本应用不包含第三方统计分析、广告或用户行为追踪 SDK，也不会收集你的通讯录、位置或设备广告标识符。

02使用目的

• 提供账户登录，并在你的设备之间识别你的会员状态；
• 完成订阅购买、恢复购买与会员权益校验；
• 在你主动请求时提供 AI 辅助生成结果；
• 在你主动请求时将作品集发布为网站；
• 回复你的咨询与支持请求。

我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将其用于广告。

03第三方服务

使用你自己的 AI API 时，API 密钥加密保存在本机，请求直接发送至你填写的服务商，并适用该服务商的隐私政策。各第三方均按其自身隐私政策处理信息。

04存储与保留

• 作品集项目、AI 设置与 API 密钥保存在你的 Mac 本地，密钥通过系统安全存储加密；删除项目文件或卸载应用即可移除。
• 账户信息存储于 Supabase 新加坡服务器，在你的账户存续期间保留；账户删除后，我们将删除相应账户记录。
• 已发布的网站保存在你选择的托管平台和你自己的账户中，可随时在该平台删除。
• 订阅与付款记录由 Apple / Paddle 依其政策和法律要求保留。

05你的权利

你可以随时查询、更正你的账户信息，或撤回对 AI、发布等可选功能的使用。

删除账户：你可以在应用的账户菜单中删除账户，或发送邮件至 linsensjob@gmail.com 申请删除，我们将在核实后尽快处理。请注意，删除账户不会自动取消 Apple 订阅，请在“系统设置 → Apple ID → 订阅”中管理或取消。

06儿童

本应用面向一般用户，不以 14 周岁以下儿童为对象，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。如你认为我们无意中收集了儿童信息，请联系我们删除。

07政策变更

我们可能适时更新本政策。更新后的版本将发布于本页面并标注更新日期；如有重大变更，我们会通过应用或网站进行显著提示。

01Information We Collect

DIY Portfolio (“the App”) is local-first: your portfolio projects stay on your own Mac by default. We only process information in these cases:

• Account: when you sign in with email, our Supabase account service stores your email address, account ID and membership status.
• Subscriptions & payments: in-app subscriptions are processed by Apple; the App only reads the subscription product and expiry from the receipt to confirm membership. Web payments are processed by Paddle. We never receive or store your card details.
• Portfolio files: images, videos, PDFs and text you edit are processed locally and are not uploaded to us. Only when you choose to publish as a website are the site files uploaded to the hosting provider you choose (see 03).
• AI features: when you actively use AI layout assistance or AI chat, your prompt, text extracted from the selected materials, and page preview images are sent to an AI service to generate results. Nothing is sent if you don't use AI features.

The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and does not collect contacts, location or advertising identifiers.

02How We Use It

• Account sign-in and recognising your membership status;
• Processing purchases, restoring purchases and verifying entitlements;
• Providing AI results when you request them;
• Publishing your portfolio as a website when you request it;
• Responding to support requests.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

03Third Parties

If you use your own AI API, the key is encrypted on your Mac and requests go directly to that provider under its privacy policy. Each third party handles data under its own policy.

04Storage & Retention

• Projects, AI settings and API keys stay on your Mac (keys encrypted with the system's secure storage); delete the files or the App to remove them.
• Account data is stored on Supabase servers in Singapore for as long as your account exists and is deleted when the account is deleted.
• Published sites live in your own account on the hosting provider and can be removed there at any time.
• Purchase records are retained by Apple / Paddle per their policies and legal requirements.

05Your Rights

You may access or correct your account data, and stop using optional features such as AI or publishing at any time.

Account deletion: delete your account from the App's account menu, or email linsensjob@gmail.com and we will process it promptly after verification. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription — manage it in System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

06Children

The App is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe we have, and we will delete it.

07Changes

We may update this policy. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date, and material changes will be clearly notified in the App or on the website.
